An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and receive any required deposit.
Menu items and prices may change based on ingredient availability.
3. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations
Payment terms, deposit amounts, and the final payment due date are stated in your quote or invoice.
Requests to change guest counts or menus must be made before the deadline stated in your quote.
Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Please review them before you confirm.
4. Allergies and Dietary Needs

Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before you confirm your order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from LeRoy’s Kitchen about catering quotes, order confirmations, event reminders, customer care, and special offers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
